Restore the Helper was created around a simple belief: the people who spend their lives helping others need support, too.
We serve those who serve and care for others by creating opportunities for restoration, connection, learning, and growth. Through research, programming, resources, and partnerships, we seek to identify what helps people who serve others remain healthy, supported, and equipped for the work they are called to do.
Our approach is Christian faith-integrated and evidence-informed, with an ongoing commitment to evaluating and improving our programs so that the people we serve receive meaningful, high-quality support.
